#26 ZSI Binding - Allow flexibility in creating HTTPConnection

Currently, the code in Binding that creates a
connection is bound up with all the other things that
happen in Send().

This patch refactors it into a separate function, which
will make it easy to subclass Binding to allow for
proxy support, for instance.

    The SDS branch addresses this issue in a different way. It allows you to specify
    the "transport" class to the Binding constructor, thus you don't need to replace a
    function or use inheritance to accomplish this task.

    I'm not currently going to make these changes to HEAD in light of the plans to
    merge the 2 branches.
