When a window has reached its minimal size in either
direction, it will not resize in the other direction.
It refuses to resize at all if your mouse position
would cause the window go past limits in either
The way it should behave is that it should keep
resizing, but force the other direction to stay its
min size... i.e. in pseudocode
myRect.x2 = mouse.x
myRect.y2 = mouse.y
if myRect.x2-myRect.x1 < minWidth:
if myRect.y2-myRect.y1 < minHeight:
