Well, if you find PyTables attributes confusing, you can always instruct PyTables to not write them. This is done by setting the parameter `PYTABLES_SYS_ATTRS` to `False` in "tables/parameters.py" or by passing this as a parameter to the `openFile` function, like in: f = openFile('your_file, 'w', PYTABLES_SYS_ATTRS=False) Cheers, -- Francesc Alted |
