#33 No module named win32

I have listed this as a bug, but it also a support request. I pyserial does not run with xp and py 3.1. Yes, I have installed win32 extensions and no it still does not work. I would really appreciate your help getting this working.

    pywin32 is no longer required (it uses ctypes now, which is included with Python).

    I think there was a packaging bug with the -rc ".exe" installer. The final release should fix that.
    installing from source (python setup.py install) should work.
