The easygui link points to 0.95, not 0.96. As a result, easy_install and pip won't work.
Could the owner of the link please change it?

Oh, also... easygui is used for the excellent RealPython course. Unfortunately, this means that theres likely to be a pile-up of newbies (like me!) asking dumb questions until we can resolve the installer problem!
Looks like the maintainer for this package is srid, though StackOverflow tells me that anyone with admin privileges can change the link. (pretty please?)
It looks like easygui has been shut down as a project. If you have the resources I would recommend you take over the project as a maintainer and ask Stephen Ferg for permission to upload updates to the Cheeseshop.
Okay - there's some progress here, but I'm still going to need your help.
I've taken over the project as maintainer (thanks Stephen!) and am now authorised to upload it to the Cheeseshop. However, I can't register it because someone has already taken the name easygui with the old 0.95 version.
Could admin remove v0.95 or make me owner / maintainer of the easyGUI entry on PyPi so that I can register and upload the new version, please?
What's your PyPI username?
Not too original, I know!
OK, I've added you.
Thanks, that's great!
I've fixed the download link, and an initial test suggests that it's working okay.
