#197 problem using testpypi

when i try to test out testpypi i get this ->

C:\Python32\mynester>

but i cant create .pypirc because im on windows and it wont accept .pypirc as a filename

  • loewis thanks but i was doing this from windows commandline with the options

    c:\python32\python setup.py register -r http://testpypi.python.org

    where do i find distutils-sig ?
