I have many of the changes that I wanted to get in done, though it is not done yet. I had promised another PyPE user that it would be done by January 1st, but I'm going to need to spend much of my remaining time until New Year's working on a paper. Sorry! Fear not, 2.x will eventually get done (I know I want/need some of the features that I'm working on), and will include all the features listed before and more.
