PyPE (Python Programmers Editor)

A few fixes to the setup scripts for Windows thanks to Austin von Nehring.

Fix for window and dialog positioning issues.

Small tweak to selection/paste on linux, updating of version and changelog.txt

This fixes shell and command execution.

Fixed middle-paste on linux.

Fix for find selection on linux with history enabled.

Updating the changelog.

Fix for some wxPython 2.9 changes, and basic annotation support.

Forgot missing file, and forgot to test :P

This commit is a bit big because it was just before switching to git.
Future commits will be more concise.

Add .gitignore file for the sake of sanity.

Fix for accidentally opening ascii files as utf-8 when using PyPE with Unicode wxPython.

Moved some _ast parser code around.
Switched to using .png files for images, closing bug 1750959.
Fixed opening of utf8 files that lack a coding directive or a BOM.

Fixed long-standing issue with PyPE signaling a syntax error on the last line in some situations.
Added _ast-based compiler for Python 2.5 and later (compiler.ast is deprecated in 2.6, and removed in 3.0).
The new parser is a bit faster on large files (1.2 seconds vs. 1.4 seconds to parse pype.py on my machine).
Also removed unnecessary traceback printout on parse failure (it didn't hurt anything, just logged too much).
