As implemented, glGenTextures() is broken for any
argument but 1.

This patch fixes glGenTextures to always return a tuple
with the given number of items, rather than returning a
single number (the first texture) and generally
crashing when the argument is greater than 1.

This patch is against 1.5.6, but the code appears
identical in current CVS.
