Binary Release Fixed

I've been very busy lately, and did not until now find out that the pygl2d library was missing from all of the Windows binary packages, disabling users to play.

I'm sorry for the dissapointment and being too careless. The Octane .3 release has been fixed and double-checked. Windows-users, please download the binary package and see what you've been missing!

IE8 Fixed!

As some of you know, my site was not able to be shown because of a syntax error... my editor didn't catch it!

It worked on IE8 for me probably bacause the site was in the temp or the cache.

Real-Time Data Handling

I am now working on real-time data handling in Octane.

Since I am starting to implement MDI windows, the time has come to rewrite Octane's data handling system. This system tells Octane how to interact with the game dictionary. Another reason that I am creating a new system is because of the many errors with the old system; and also for greater flexibility.
