Safari 3 is not yet supported by PyObjC and I don't have time to work on that.

Leopard is supported though, but not by the version of PyObjC that is currently in the reposity.
I have done some major reengeneering for leopard and some of that work is covered by the leopard NDA. I do want to start pushing most of that work to the public repository soon, but I have no idea when that will actually happen.
