Hi, This must be a very obvious question, but I cant seem to find it in the docs: how can I delete an object from a given pymol session from withina script. Also, is there any way to detect whether a certain script / object is already loaded, so that I dont reload it? "delete object-name" for example: delete pept 2. if object-name not in cmd.get_names("objects"): cmd.load("filename") for example: if "pept" not in cmd.get_names("objects"): cmd.load("pept.pdb") |
