It sounds like a combination of "mview store" (saving your scenes) and "mview reinterpolate" (interpolating between them) is what you are looking for.

Unless you mean interpolating between different representations of your structure. Could you clarify what constitutes your scenes? Is it just camera position changes (the above is what you want in this case) or is your structure different between them?
