Hi,

I would be in favor of SVG format, because it is human readable/editable/scriptable. The other formats are harder to deal with, without using some external program, and SVG can be converted into either of them anyway. In addition, SVG is suitable for use on webpages.

Also .svg is also an open format. Not sure about .eps.
