When installing PyMedia (pymedia-1.2.3.0-pre2.win32-
py2.3.exe) the installer aborts due to Python 2.3 not
being installed, even when newer version is.
I'm reporting this as a bug since I assume that PyMedia
is compatible with both Python 2.3 and Python 2.4.
