Unfortunately, I am not able to answer your question. I don't understand what your are trying to do. I don't know your current architecture, code, the amount and complexity of iteration between GUI and the "engine". The question is too general. Py++ is definitely able to handle huge projects and I am sure it does this much better than other code generators.
