It is not uncommon for py2exe to be unable to locate modules
especially if they are imported dynamically. Python Imaging
Library (PIL) is known to do this. You can force py2exe
to include missing modules manually and your build should
work. You say "executables won't work". Do you get an error
message or traceback. If so post it so we can see.
