Some imports are conditional, and not vital to a program. (For example, attempting to import readline will usually fail on windows - but is unlikely to be fatal to programs). Does your program actually work ? If not you'll have to identify the modules and which module is importing them. There are a couple of tools for doing that - I think one of the command line options to py2exe can show you this and there is a program (by Bob Ippolito ?) that will draw pretty graphs of it.... It might also be worth checking the VPython website/wiki/mailing list to see if there are any py2exe specific issues with VPython. For complex frameworks this is sometimes the case.
