Thing is I can't give you more specifics since it doesn't give me any error at all, it just stops working magically and the only thing that fix it is a complete reinstall of the application. What can if I do to give you more information so you can help me?

I can't think of any reason why it would, but giving it a try
should only take a couple minutes.
