I'm trying to build a project using PIL and I'm encountering two aggravating phenomena:

    1) PIL imports Tk "in case [it's] using an _imaging module linked against libtcl/libtk".  I'm doing my gui through wxPython, but because PIL automatically includes Tk, I'm getting a huge install with all of Tk needlessly taking up space in my dist.  Is there any way to explicitly exclude modules?

    2) Image gets sneaky when importing it's image filter modules.  It builds the module names on the fly and imports them using __import__( ... ).  This seems to be circumventing py2exe's ability to detect the need for these modules.  I could hack PIL so that importing these modules happens in a different fashion.  Is there any way in py2exe I can force it to include a module that modulefinder doesn't come up with?

Thanks,

Sean
