RedHat Linux 7.0, running py-xmlrpc-0.8.6
Python 2.1

For some reason doing the exclient/exserver examples,
I get a core dump for non-default ports or
log level unless on the server I change the default to
add:
'loglv' : int(0),
'port' : int(43434),

and at the end of the while loop:

print "Port is",conf['port'],type(conf['port'])
print "Loglv is",conf['loglv'],type(conf['loglv'])

The first part I can understand, but it seems
like Python doesn't register the dictionary
entry until I read it back?

I tried to reproduce it and can't. I actually can't understand even thefirst part.
Why would the interpreter think x = 43434 is different from x = int(43434). To me it seems like a problem with your python, but if I can think of anything, I'll let you know.
