Give the option of either supplying a comma delimited
list (current method) or multiple entries for
fatal-sql-exception property.

For example:

<fatal-sql-exception>Connection is
closed,SQLSTATE=08003,Error opening
socket.SQLSTATE=08S01</fatal-sql-exception>

or:

<fatal-sql-exception>Connection is
closed</fatal-sql-exception>
<fatal-sql-exception>SQLSTATE=08003</fatal-sql-exception>
<fatal-sql-exception>Error opening
socket.SQLSTATE=08S01</fatal-sql-exception>
