    I have been engaged in a small free project, and find both the following, in
    all my proguard gui changes.

    -The process step completes, but my executable jar is no longer executable via
    the output file.

    -I still have ease decompiling my output class files with the jd-gui program,
    which I want to stop.

    -I want to have a generic .pro file that will work for war,jar,ear files.

    -There's a possibility that main methods are not being preserved and being obfuscated
    over.

    I have gone through the included example .pro file, and the online tutorial.

    I am using Java 1.6. Can someone reply with changes to the following contents
