#12 [1.1] Do not hard-code CPUs for CPU affinity dialog

affects: procexp version 1.1

Currently the "Set affinity" dialog displays 32 CPUs. Since most PCs don't have 32 CPUs, this is misleading. It should display as much (virtual) CPU cores as the hardware has.

    I think this bug is not really fixed since
    a) it is misleading to display 32 CPUs if there are (most likely) less
    b) in rare cases procexp may run on hardware with more than 32 CPUs which will lead to errors.
