#17 The first primer

Primer3 names the first primer for example primer_left_sequence
and the folowing primers primer_left_1_sequence.

I think it would be more convienient (for my web interface and other scripting tasks) if the first primer would be called primer_left_0_sequence.

At the moment I am translating these keys.

    I basically agree, but we cannot break all the existing perl wrappers
    that expect current naming convention.
    There are 3 possibilities that I see:

    1. Add a new flag, e.g. PRIMER_RATIONAL_OUTPUT=1, to allow the suggestion in
    a backward compatible way.
    2. Go to XML output (the current output is a pre-XML format)
    3. Go with the "tight integration" of a primer3 library as a binary perl module.

    My vote is to go straight for 3, but I am willing to listen to reason... :-)
