#206 Compatibility with common mapping errors apply during demos

When the "compatibility with common mapping errors" options were introduced, the idea was that they should not apply when recording, during playback or whenever using a "vanilla" complevel (<7).

However, I notice that comperr_zerotag (at least) applies during recording and playback and with vanilla complevels.

In this demo I deliberately exploit a missing tag error. If comperr_zerotag = 1, the demo desyncs.

I haven't tested the other comperr setting to see if they suffer from the same problem.

The earliest version I have with the bug is 2012/01/28, and the latest version without it is 2011/12/04. I presume that something in r4156 is to blame.
