I think I'm missing a setting somewhere, I've got several domains aliased, and listed in mydestinations, but still get the following error when submitting emails:
The server response was: bob@domain.com: Sender address rejected: not owned by bob
I'm wondering if I need to run a postmap command rather than postfix reload, or whether I just need an additional param somewhere?

Sorry, this sounds like a general Postfix question, not a Postfix Admin problem. Postfix Admin is a package for managing virtual domains & mailboxes.
You'd be better heading over to postfix.org and asking on the Postfix specific lists.
