    That won't be a Postfix Admin problem - Postfix Admin (PFA) is only a tool for managing domains and mailboxes for a Postfix install. PFA doesn't play any part in filtering mail.
    Nor is it likely to be due to the blacklisting.

    What you'll need to do is study your mail logs and see why/where the messages are being rejected - assuming they are reaching your server at all.
    When you say you can't receive these messages, do you mean the messages "just disappear", or they get bounced (ie sender gets a non-delivery report), or something else ? If the sender gets a non-delivery report, then that should give you a good clue as to which server is rejecting the messages and why.

    If the messages are just silently disappearing then it's a bit harder unless you control all systems the message routes through. For example, if another server is deleting the message so there is no delivery attempt to your server, then you'll see nothing in the logs and there is no way you can diagnose it.

    If there is a delivery attempt to your server, but you can't see a reason, then you can try turning on debugging. See the debug_peer_level and debug_peer_list parameters in main.cf.

    this bit is the key :

    <**.***@***.net>: host 127.0.0.1 said: 554 5.7.0 Reject,
    id=30437-15 - BANNED: multipart/mixed |
    application/octet-stream,.exe,=?utf-8?Q?RTLAPConf.exe?=,RTLAPConf.exe (in
    reply to end of DATA command)

    The fact that it says localhost suggests you are running a post-accept scanner (eg Amavis) which is rejecting the message. Your mail logs should have more information.

    Again, this is nothing to do with Postfix Admin.

    What need to do admin of mail server?

    Again, this isn't a PFA problem, it's a Postfix problem - you'll probably get better support from a Postfix specific help forum, I'd suggest the postfix-users mailing list.

    But to answer your question - no-one here can say, we can't look at your config, we can't see your mail logs, and you aren't helping yourself. So I'll repeat, the reason for the rejection should be shown in the mail logs (usually /var/log/mail.log). What is shown in there when one of these messages is rejected ?
