    We currently run QB 2009 - UK version - 5 users with approx 3000 customers and about 200 orders per day covering some 200 items in our brochure.

    We need something better than QB - file grows to approx 300MB after 6 months and QB support offer no help.

    Like the idea of Postbooks but an initial look identifies a few questions.

    1 The majority of our sales are cash sales - but we need to track by customer so a general cash sale account will not work.

    2 The process of adding a line item to a sale seems very slow after the process to add in QB

    3 Are there any existing CSV maps to help with the migration
