The pgAdminIII installer for Mac OS X an be found at MacUpdate (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/18529). Also if your using PostBooks you can use the PostBooks installer v1.0.2 also available on MacUpdate (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/25934) it will install PostgreSQL, a demo schema (database) and the pgAdminIII software for you automatically in addition to the client software of course.
