I am trying to analyze why users are getting booted from xTuple... Randomly (it seems) and while navigating in different areas of xTuple the xTuple connection closes... It was not an issue before migrating from 353 to 373 and it seems to becoming more frequent (i.e. many users including myself were experiencing it this morning). I have disabled all of our custom scripts (used to hide or add things to screens) to rule out them causing errors.
I will attach all the clues I have so far (they may or may not be related)...
1. When I click on System > View Database Log (all check boxes checked) there is always the following:
Wed Sep 14 11:31:21 2011 Debug: Looking for a script "QObject"
Wed Sep 14 11:31:21 2011 Debug: Looking for a script "QWidget"
Wed Sep 14 11:31:21 2011 Debug: Looking for a script "XWidget"
Wed Sep 14 11:31:21 2011 Debug: Looking for a script "errorLog"
2. There some screen shots of the error that is displayed when the user is booted in the word doc attached
Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Does this information help narrow it down to possible culprits? As always, thanks for looking into it, it is becoming serious for us.
