I'm not sure if anyone else would be interested in a
portable version of SeaMonkey, but I much prefer the
suite to the individual programs from Mozilla. I would
love to see a portable version, and have a SeaMonkey
Suite installer as well as the Firefox\Thunderbird
Suite installer (basically, have the Portable Apps
Suite with SeaMonkey instead of FF\TB).

It's a possible future release. But Seamonkey doesn't have
the same commandline options or internal structures as
Firefox / Thunderbird and, thus, is far more difficult to
make portable (it actually stores full paths to things in a
binary file and doesn't support the -profile commandline
    switch).
