Right now, there are two manually annotated corpora available on NKJP site using Poliqarp as a search engine. I'd like to have the ability to search both corpora at the same time instead of running the same query twice. It would be even nicer to be able to save the chosen set of corpora (for example, using browser cookies) for the future.

Discussion

  • Since multiple corpora generally tend to have different structure, use different tagsets and so on we plan only to allow to filter a searching corpus according to metainformation. If (like in the above example) two corpora use very similar annotations they may be compilled as a single corpus with some additional metatags. Hence, it is mainly a task for a person who adapts a corpus for Poliqarp. In the Poliqarp GUI it may be worth considering a way to predefine some default part of a query (like those filters).
