[Poesia-devel] Updated documentation for Decisor and Pics Filter

Dear all,

we, Alberto and me, have updated some documentation files on the CVS of
Poesia. You will find now a first draft of the Decisor and the PICS Filter
under "Documentation". Note that these files are only first drafts and
will be updated soon. The documentation of the Decisor has also to be
converted into LaTeX.
