The attached patch fixes the CMake compile support for OS X - I believe the changes should also fix cross-platforrm CMake failures - but I don't have any other platforms to test on.

The top level CMakeLists change turns off ApacheConnector for OS X - there seems to be a funditmental OS X problem here with unresolved symbols - but the unresolved symbols are inside the apache server. This is likely to be compiler flag fix, but that's going to take some time to investigate. This is the only fix wrapped with Darwin.

The other two fixes add Poco library dependencies to libraries.
