When I create mindmap using Pocket Freemind, and then open it in desktop Freemind 0.8, I cannot see the non-latin text, because text has been written to file wrong, as described below.

In file created by desktop FreeMind text in <NODE> has form:
TEXT="Физи"

In file created by PocketFreemind text has form:
TEXT="Тут какой-то текст"

Could you please fix it?

Thanks

    What version of Java are you using to run Freemind? I tested that exact text in Pocket Freemind and opened in Freemind with no trouble using Java 1.4.2. The text produced by Pocket Freemind is not encoded the way it is by Freemind, and I'm still looking into how to fix that, but I'm curious that if possibly a Java upgrade on your system would at least fix the immediate need for you.

    This has been fixed and will be in the 0.2 release, which is currently in development.

    I use Java 1.5.0.8 for FreeMind 0.8

    Seems, XML data must be saved as HTML-ENTITIES, not just chars for non-latin chars.

    I fetched recent source from SVN and compiled. It's OK now, THANKS!
