It does not work for me either. The solution is for the package to support a proper 'make dist' target and pass 'make distcheck' prior to release. The 'make distcheck' tests are quite gruelling and very good at flushing out package problems. It seems that the contents of the package are not complete: libpng-1.2.27% gmake dist { test ! -d libpng-1.2.27 || { find libpng-1.2.27 -type d ! -perm -200 -exec chmod u+w {} ';' && rm -fr libpng-1.2.27; }; } test -d libpng-1.2.27 || mkdir libpng-1.2.27 cp: cannot create libpng-1.2.27/scripts/libpng-config.in: No such file or directory gmake: *** [distdir] Error 1 Bob ====================================== Bob Friesenhahn bfr...@si..., http://www.simplesystems.org/users/bfriesen/ GraphicsMagick Maintainer, http://www.GraphicsMagick.org/ |
