Add PLSQL Comments to the base classes of the AST to be able to get and validate source code comments in the code. Also have the access to the pldoc parameters like @param, @created, @version annotations inside the comments.
there is no way to have access to the source code comments in code, form example to create documentation-required rules.
Why isnt it possible to access the comments?
