I've based a window manager off one of the examples provided with PLWM. It works great, and I really like PLWM.
Sometimes, when reconfiguring a window to resize or reposition it, I get an Xlib Error, that says, 'should have recieved x, but recieved y. this shouldn't happen'. When I get one of these errors, my window managing program starts using 50-60% of my CPU cycles (whereas, before it used ~0%).
I run the window manager with .brave_loop instead of .loop so that error messages are captured. Is there something I can try doing?
