I plan to release PLplot-5.9.10 in 5 days time on September 28th to make the large amount of work we have put into PLplot for the last two years more readily available to our users. The PLplot core developers are still working on one last issue (propagating plcolorbar changes to the Ada, D, and OCaml bindings and examples). For the rest of you, today and possibly tomorrow (but not later this week) is your last chance to get any simple, non-intrusive fixes into this release. So please take this opportunity to send us (on the plplot-devel mailing list) any of your simple PLplot patches (whether old patches which you would like to draw to our attention again or new patches). Also, please take this opportunity to try out the PLplot svn trunk version (using the new Allura location, http://svn.code.sf.net/p/plplot/code/trunk, which is what is going to turn into 5.9.10) and report those bugs either to the plplot-devel mailing list or the bug tracker.
