Update of /cvsroot/plplot/plplot/sys/dos/djgpp/src In directory usw-pr-cvs1:/tmp/cvs-serv5235/src Modified Files: gnusvga.c libfiles.tmp Log Message: Change these files to windows-style line termination to be consistent with all other files in the sys/dos/djgpp tree. This change also makes it easier to accept patches from dos/djgpp developers. |

Update of /cvsroot/plplot/plplot/sys/dos/djgpp/src In directory usw-pr-cvs1:/tmp/cvs-serv28389 Removed Files: libfiles.tmp Log Message: "make" now takes care of everything that used to be in "libfiles.tmp" automatically, just like it should (ie following directions from plplot/cf like the unix builds). Makes things neater, and less work updating. |

Update of /cvsroot/plplot/plplot/sys/dos/djgpp/src In directory usw-pr-cvs1:/tmp/cvs-serv30491 Modified Files: gnusvga.c Log Message: Updated version of the GNUSVGA driver to support DJGPP V2.0+ and GRX23. New driver adds support for double buffering, mouse events, XOR mode, locate mode, and a cross hair mode, plus optional support for screen dumping the image to bitmaps, TIFFs or JPEGS. The driver also fixes up problems with the key detection, switching to text mode and back to graphics mode, and different coloured backgrounds. Three new dirvers are supported by the driver that add the ability to plot straight to bitmaps, TIFFs or JPEGs. |

Update of /cvsroot/plplot/plplot/sys/dos/djgpp/src In directory usw-pr-cvs1:/tmp/cvs-serv17644/src Modified Files: gnusvga.c Log Message: Changed the "gnusvga.c"'s TIFF, JPEG and BMP drivers to support a slightly better initialisation routine (based on png's) that no longer prompts for the screen size when the -geo option isn't used. Modifed all references in gnusvga.c from "_jpeg" to "_jpg" to pave the way for the name change in the png driver. Also changed the plplot binding for the gnusvga JPEG driver from PLD_jpeg to PLD_jpg, again to pave the way for the png name change. Modifed djgpp.in and init.in to support the PNG driver (ie make it link the appropriate libraries). Added comments to djpp.in for configing everything. |

Update of /cvsroot/plplot/plplot/sys/dos/djgpp/src In directory usw-pr-cvs1:/tmp/cvs-serv9082 Modified Files: gnusvga.c Log Message: Modified the colour routines so they now behave more like what plplot would expect them to. For example, before the driver used 256 colours whether it was asked for or not; the plplot default was for 128 colours. Now the driver will only allocate what plplot asks for, and NOT what the driver is capiable of. Things don't always look as "nice" but it is probably more "correct" to do it this way. Adopted a slightly simplier colour allocation strategy similar to the gd driver. Fixed a bug (in grx20 ?) which caused two colours to be taken "out of the available colour pool" whenever one was requested. Modified the line drawing and filling routines, so the plplot page used by the gnusvga driver is now "huge" (32768 pixels). This means that the bug in the 3D code is now side-stepped, and hidden-line removal will now work properly. |

Update of /cvsroot/plplot/plplot/sys/dos/djgpp/src In directory usw-pr-cvs1:/tmp/cvs-serv15577/src Modified Files: gnusvga.c Log Message: Made some changes to the DJGPP driver, gnusvga.c to make it compatible with the new dynamic driver model. Unfortunately, dynamic drivers won't work with DJGPP, so a few other changes were made to the makefile to create a makefile that works with this new model, all be it statically. |

Update of /cvsroot/plplot/plplot/sys/dos/djgpp/src In directory usw-pr-cvs1:/tmp/cvs-serv8747 Modified Files: gnusvga.c Log Message: Added RGB support to the GNUSVGA driver. This mode breaks the 256 colour barrier, but I don't think it goes all the way to 24 bit (I THINK it only supports 15 bit and 16 bit) |

Update of /cvsroot/plplot/plplot/sys/dos/djgpp/src In directory usw-pr-cvs1:/tmp/cvs-serv6057 Modified Files: gnusvga.c Log Message: Added Freetype support routines for the GNUSVGA drivers. Freetype support has been added to the GNUSVGA family of drivers using the plfreetype.c module, and implemented as a driver-specific optional extra invoked via the -drvopt command line toggle. It uses the "PLESC_HAS_TEXT" command for rendering within the driver. Freetype support is turned on/off at compile time by defining "HAVE_FREETYPE". |
