That combination fails:
I get the warnings about options like L\lib from the
linker and the error messages about /STACK:10000000 and
the like from g95 when linking the Fortran DLL.

There is something wrong here, but I do not know what
- the presence of g95 interfers with the settings for
the linker. Odd.
