It's same PNG driver under DOS/DJGPP.

The DOS/DJGPP version has it's own TIF and JPG drivers that are separate 
from the rest of plplot (there is nothing in common with the "other" 
GD-based JPEG driver). These extra drivers are basically subsets of the 
DOS/DJGPP screen driver.
