#114 PostScript: xoffset and yoffset are hardcoded in ps.h

Hello,

There was a fix introduced some time ago to the PostScript driver to honour the xsize and ysize settings via spage():

It would be great to have an analogous functionality for the xoffset and yoffset settings.
As of now both are hardcoded in ps.h
