New development plans for Plotty

Plotty is a project aimed at giving developers and researchers a tool to quickly produce plots of their data. It features an easy-to-learn file format for specifying the data to be shown; the format allows users to manually insert entries without any difficulty.

The project has been on a halt for many months now. The use of pure C language made the code hard to mantain and to elaborate on, which made improvements and new features difficult to implement.
