    Hi Jonas

I've encountered an issue on a Multibyte characterset database when using JSON_LIST(large_string) in v1.0.4. In this case the string size to be parsed is 12K. It parses just fine but when printing out the JSON object there's an issue with a character being missed and the next one duplicated. It appears to be the 2nd chunk i.e. that is affected.

I looked through the older issues and saw something similar on output of a large JSON object, however I think this is an issue on parsing not output. Since to_char and htp give the same result and I'm able to print out other JSON objects greater than 32K which I've built up without exceeding 4K on a json.put.

My current workaround is to use JSON_VALUE(large_string,FALSE) but this means I can't use JSON path to modify the contents.

I tried having a go at fixing this but didn't get anywhere. Any ideas, or pointers?

    Cheers
    Matt

I have no idea where to look without it.
