In the Load() method of ODEJoint parameters are used before they are loaded. Therefore the specified values of the world file are always ignored. The parameters are loaded in the superclass' Load() method, which is called at the end of ODEJoint::Load(). Moving up the call to Joint::Load(node) fixes the problem.
The patch fixes the svn revision 8823.
