It is not a 64-bit laptop. ("New" is a relative term - it's new to me, but the laptop itself is about three years old.) It's an Intel Pentium 4 32-bit machine. OpenGL renderer string: GeForce FX Go5200/AGP/SSE2 OpenGL version string: 2.1.1 NVIDIA 100.14.19 Unfortunately I am also away for the holidays with limited access to machines and the internet; I won't even be able to connect the laptop to the internet until at least 12/26. I'll try to respond to posts as quickly as I can. The output of glxinfo and xorg.conf for the laptop are attached. - Kristen > > > > On Dec 20, 2007 7:19 PM, Sawyer <to...@to...> wrote: > >> I also am experiencing issues with a black screen and am able to see >> and manipulate all the fltk screen controls and data except the camera >> window.
