Which begs the question: how should we distribute 'non-primitive' entities (i.e., composite entities defined in world files). I'm thinking they should get installed somewhere so that users can make use of them via the as-yet-unimplemented include statement. Hence the examples directory is probably not the right place. Should we put them in an include/ dir, perhaps?
