Further to this problem, I've found an (ugly) fix for now: compile in the base directory like this, $cd src/player3-0-2/ $cmake . rather than the recommended $cd src/player3-0-2/ $mkdir build $cd build $cmake ../ If any developers are reading it would be nice to fix this properly though, as new users might not find this fix. (Maybe it's a problem with cmake rather than player?)
